cutter is a program to cut videos with. It reads in some recorded or computed file and used the avifile library (especially the DivX :-) codec to compress the video.
cutter is only a small project and was intended to use only internal. But the program may be useful for other. So we decided to distribute the binary. (The source is not and will never be distributed, because it is deep inside our development tree.)
cutter was only tested with Redhat 7.0/7.1 and may not run under other distributions.

The latest version is 0.5.1 (09. August 2001).
After downloading, su as root, type rpm -i cutter-0.5.1-1.i386.rpm and than have a look at the /usr/share/doc/cutter-0.5.1/cutter.pdf
